This Sunday, I had an iceberg lettuce salad with three cherry tomatoes, along with one and a half cups of blue cheese salad dressing. I also had four teaspoons of nonfat Greek yogurt and four ounces of apple cranberry juice.
For dinner, we had meatloaf. I ate one piece of cornbread, one and a half servings of meatloaf, one cup of greens, six cucumbers, a half cup of sweet potatoes, and to top it off, I had a mixture of Crystal Light blackberry lemonade and water.
I also had sunflower seeds, Greek yogurt, white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and one cup of nonfat Greek yogurt.
I also walked Boomer for ten minutes.
