Day 82: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a cup of Greek yogurt. I also had strawberry-banana yogurt from Braum’s. For lunch, I had two ounces of sunflower seeds.

For dinner, I had greens, sweet potatoes, macaroni and cheese, skinless potatoes, and meatloaf. I also had Canada Dry ginger ale. And, for a snack, I had an ice cream sandwich and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.

Today, I walked three times. I walked Boomer for a total of 49 minutes around the neighborhood. And, I walked by myself for ten minutes.
