Day 83: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had sunflower seeds and Crystal Light fruit punch mixture with water.

For dinner, I had Canada Dry ginger ale, two pieces of salmon croquettes, ranch salad dressing, a baked potato, shredded cheese, and greens.

For snacks, I had apple cranberry juice and strawberry-banana yogurt.

I walked Boomer for a total around 1 hour and thirty-four minutes.
