For breakfast, I had Crystal Light blackberry lemonade. For lunch, I had red grapes (about 15).
For dinner, I had Canada Dry ginger ale to drink (12 ounce can). And, I had breakfast food, which included three pancakes (four inches), two scrambled eggs, and three pieces of bacon. For snacks, I had one oatmeal raisin cookie, fifteen red grapes, and two ounces of barbecue chips. And, I walked fifteen minutes with Boomer during lunch.
