Day 88: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a strawberry-banana yogurt.

For lunch, I had a banana, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, one oatmeal raisin cookie, honey ham, one half cups of cabbage, one ounce of police sausage, and one slice of pound cake.

I had cottage cheese and eighteen red grapes. For exercise, I rode on the recumbent bike for forty minutes.
