Day 89: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For dinner, I had pinto beans, honey ham, twenty slices of cucumbers, one slice of pound cake with cool whip, chopped cabbage with polish sausage, and fifteen red grapes.

I walked Boomer for eighteen minutes. And, I exercised on the recumbent bike for forty minutes.
