For breakfast, I had Greek yogurt, blackberry lemonade Crystal Light and water.
For dinner, I had chicken fried steak, chopped cabbage, cucumbers, polish sausage, and crystal light. For dessert, I had a slice of pound cake and two oatmeal cookies. For a snack, I also had 15 red grapes and Greek yogurt.
For exercise, I walked twenty minutes with Boomer and rode my recumbent bike for forty-two minutes.
