This morning, I had two cups of tap water and two oatmeal raisin cookies.
For lunch, I had a ham, turkey and cheese sandwich, sweet potatoes, white rice, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, green beans, and corn on the cob.
For snack, I had white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and a medium banana.
I also had cottage cheese (4% milkfat) and Crystal Light blackberry lemonade. I walked Boomer for an hour and two minutes. And, I walked alone for ten minutes.
