Day 96: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had cottage cheese – 4% milkfat.

For dinner, I had a banana, two oatmeal raisin cookies, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, ham and turkey with cheese sandwich, and sweet and spicy pickles. I had water for my snack.

For exercise, I walked Boomer for eighteen minutes during lunch. And, walked Boomer for 25 minutes after work.
