Day 97: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is the last day of June 2020.

This morning, I had tuna fish salad, strawberry banana yogurt, and cottage cheese – 4% milk fat.

For lunch, I had 4% milkfat cottage cheese.

For dinner, I had a taco salad with ranch dressing and three white chocolate macadamia nut cookies. I had sunflower seeds and Crystal Light cherry pomegranate mixed with water for a snack.

I walked Boomer for a total of 49 minutes.
