Today, is the first of July – summer heat. For breakfast, I had four cups of water. For lunch, I had 4% milkfat cottage cheese.
For dinner, I had catfish, sweet potatoes, mustard greens, green beans, white potato (baked with bacon bits, shredded cheese, and sharp cheese sticks. For snacks, I had a medium banana, and six Oreo cookie thins. I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes today during lunch.
This month, I weigh 274.5 pounds.
