Day 100: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had six cups of water. For lunch, I had 4% milkfat cottage cheese (1/3 cups). For dinner, I had 15 red grapes, and a half a cup of watermelon. I didn’t exercise today, because today is my rest day.
