Day 101: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Happy Independence Day. Today is the Fourth of July! And, today is the hundredth and first day for my weight loss journey. For breakfast, I had fruit punch Crystal Light mix (sugar free). For lunch, I had a two-ounce polish sausage, one hot dog frank, hamburger, potato salad, Cole slaw, baked beans, mixed fruit, and chocolate cake. For a snack, I had Greek yogurt. For exercise, I walked Boomer for an hour and walked by myself for twenty minutes. And, I did house cleaning for twenty minutes.
