Day 102: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a little Greek yogurt (nonfat). For lunch, I had a polish sausage, mixed fruit, potato salad, baked beans, and chocolate cake. For snacks, I had blue cheese dressing, an orange, cherry pomegranate mixed with water, Greek yogurt and cottage cheese. I walked Boomer for 45 minutes. And, I bicycled for forty minutes.
