For breakfast, I had blue cheese salad dressing. And, I had Greek nonfat yogurt. For lunch, I had 12 shrimp (boiled). For dinner, I had potato salad, chocolate cake, Cole slaw, Dr. Pepper, white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, and hot dog franks. For snack, I had an orange and cottage cheese. For exercise, I walked Boomer for forty-five minutes.
