Day 104: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had sunflower seeds. For lunch, I had five shrimp. For dinner, I had lasagna with meat sauce, macaroni and cheese, ranch salad dressing with salad greens, a mixture of chicken strips and porkchop strips, pink lemonade, and some Sprite.

I also had some barbecue potato chips, cottage cheese, blackberry lemonade mix, cranberry juice, and five shrimp. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes during lunch.
