Day 108: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had a Crystal Light blackberry lemonade mix, saltine crackers, tuna salad, and an oatmeal raisin cookie, a bourbon chocolate pie from Kamp’s, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, barbecue chips, and a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie.  I also had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. For a snack, I had Greek nonfat yogurt.

Today, I walked Boomer for an hour.
