This morning, I had four cups of water, and a slice of provolone cheese. Today, we had tacos for dinner. I also had nacho cheese (homemade) and Tostitos chips, a beef soft taco, cherry pomegranate mix, cheesecake with strawberries, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had cottage cheese.
For exercise, I walked Boomer for 50 minutes.
