Day 110: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had nachos and cheese dip with Tostitos chips. And, I also had a ham and turkey with cheese sandwich. I also had Lay’s barbecue chips. For dessert, I had cheesecake, a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie, an and oatmeal raisin cookie.

I also had six cups of water. I had pieces of watermelon, Crystal Light fruit punch mix, saltine crackers, six pieces of shrimp, and Greek yogurt. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes for lunch. And, I walked Boomer after work for 57 minutes.
