Day 112: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for lunch, I had three teaspoons of 4% milkfat cottage cheese. For dinner, I had andouille sausage, grated parmesan cheese, spaghetti with meat sauce. I also had watermelon, cherry pomegranate drink mixed with water, Greek yogurt. For exercise I walked Boomer for 16 minutes during lunch and 53 minutes after work.
