Day 117: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had Greek yogurt. For dinner, I had fried catfish (2 servings), pinto beans, tomato and cucumber salad, cornbread, two chocolate chip cookies, 3 white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, and one oatmeal cookie. Today, I walked 12 minutes alone. Today, I weighed 276.4 pounds.
