For my first snack, I had an oatmeal raisin cookie and a banana. For dinner, I had macaroni and cheese, green beans, beef stew with carrots and potatoes. I had Canada Dry ginger ale, cornbread, fig newtons and cheese cake. I also had chicken noodles and four Fig Newtons. I walked Boomer for fifty minutes, cleaned around the house for an hour, and bicycled for seven minutes.
