Day 125: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I ate four pieces of Fig Newtons. For lunch, I had almost one cup of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had crispy chicken salad with blue cheese. For lunch, I had two Fig Newtons. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 18 minutes at lunch. Later, I walked at my grandparents’ house for 15 minutes. And, I walked Boomer after work for one hour and six minutes.
