For breakfast, I had fig newtons. For lunch, I had 1/3 cups of cottage cheese. For dinner, I had a cheeseburger, baked beans, three turkey pinwheels, white cake, half a hot dog, Sprite, and Crystal Light’s fruit punch mix for a drink. For a snack, I had a black cherry yogurt, sunflower seeds, and Bolthouse Green Goodness (smoothie). I walked Boomer for 15 minutes around the neighborhood.
