Day 147: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had cottage cheese (4%). For lunch, I had two clementine oranges. For dinner, I had cake, fruit salad, Polish sausage, barbecue Lay’s, oatmeal raisin cookies, and two turkey pinwheels. For my go-to-drink, I had cherry pomegranate low-calorie Crystal Light drink. For exercise, I walked Boomer for 16 minutes. And, I walked him one hour in the afternoon.
