Day 148: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had 0% Greek yogurt and a Bolthouse Farms’ Green Goodness smoothie. For dinner, I had scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, and box cake. For snack, I had two macadamia nut cookies, one oatmeal raisin cookie, one chocolate chip cookie, and Lay’s barbecue potato chips. Today, I walked Boomer for 15 minutes during lunch. And, I walked him after work for an hour.
