Today, I had salad greens for lunch. For dinner, I had 3 ½ ounces of pink lemonade, three white chocolate chunk macadamia nut cookies, summer sausage, spaghetti with meat sauce. For snacks, I had a small orange (clementine), coconut cookies, Crystal Light Cherry Pomegranate drink-low calorie, and a strawberry banana yogurt. For exercise, I walked Boomer for a three-minute walk during lunch, because his foot was hurting. Later, after Boomer came back from the doctor, we walked for an hour and five minutes.
