Day 162: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for lunch, I had a salad with blue cheese dressing. I also had Greek yogurt, German chocolate cake, a banana, pancakes, scrambled eggs, cooked bacon, and low-calorie Crystal Light fruit punch.

I walked Boomer for 18 minutes during lunch. And after work, I walked Boomer for an hour.
