Day 163: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For dinner, I had tuna salad, Lay’s barbecue potato chips, pink lemonade, and an oatmeal raisin cookie. For a snack, I had saltine crackers, a banana, and Greek yogurt.

I walked Boomer for 1 hour and 15 minutes total today. And, I bicycled for ten minutes.
