Day 167: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had pasta salad, broiled shrimp, a frank, a hamburger patty, Andouille sausage, baked beans, cabbage, banana, and a chocolate pie. For snacks, I had green grapes, shortbread cookies, coconut cream pie, and low-calorie Crystal Light cherry pomegranate drink. I walked 22 minutes, lifted weights for five minutes. For five minutes I did sit-ups.
