Day 169: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had a clementine orange and macaroni salad. For dinner, I had breakfast food, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, three oatmeal raisin cookies, low calorie Crystal Light cherry pomegranate drink. For snacks, I had toasted peanut butter crackers and a banana. For exercise, I walked for 16 minutes with Boomer. And, I walked for an hour with Boomer after work.
