Day 185: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for dinner, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich, and a banana. For the drinks, I had Dr. Pepper, Canada Dry ginger ale, 2 Babybel cheese bites. For snack, I had Skinny Popcorn and cranberry juice. I walked twice, today. I walked with Boomer for one hour. And, I walked one hour and ten minutes by myself.
