Day 188: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I had water for breakfast. For lunch, I had cranberry juice, cottage cheese, and fresh yogurt. For dinner, I had a ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I had provolone cheese, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, two blueberry muffins, two cinnamon rolls, Canada Dry cranberry ginger ale. For snack, I had sunflower seeds and coconut cookie thins. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes.
