Day 189: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I drank a lot of water, over 69 ounces. For dinner, I had two and a half pieces of salmon croquettes and potatoes. I also had sunflower seeds and an apple cinnamon muffin. I walked Boomer for 14 minutes. I walked at my grandparents’ house for 26 minutes. I did household chores for two hours and thirty minutes. And, I walked Boomer for one hour and 31 minutes.
