Day 191: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For dinner, I had a sliced brisket sandwich from Swadley’s Barbecue, macaroni and cheese, and Dr. Pepper. I also had barbecue baked beans, some lemonade, an oatmeal raisin cookie, and a mini blueberry muffin.

I walked Boomer for fifteen minutes. Today, I weighed 278.7 pounds.
