Day 192: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had lemonade. For lunch, I had an Avo-Cobb-O salad from Red Robin with honey mustard poppyseed dressing. I also had a pineapple orange drink, and a chocolate bourbon pie.

For dinner, I had a crispy chicken salad from Braum’s and a yogurt twist. I also had sunflower seeds, a Canada Dry Ginger Ale, and an energy drink. Today, I walked Boomer for an hour.
