Day 193: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had carbonated black cherry water. For dinner, I had lean 80% meatloaf, macaroni and cheese, Canada Dry ginger ale, green beans, cabbage with andouille, tomato with cucumber, and sweet potatoes. For snack, I had a banana and an Activia peach yogurt. For exercise, I walked Boomer for an hour, and I exercised on the bike for ten minutes.
