Day 196: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had salad greens with blue cheese dressing. For dinner, I had a strawberry banana smoothie, a chocolate chip cookie, two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, a slice of 80% meatloaf. chicken noodle soup, sunflower seeds, a blackberry Canada Dry Ginger Ale.

Today, I walked Boomer for twenty minutes.
