Day 197: Coronavirus Weight Loss

I can’t believe that it has been almost 200 days since I have started this journey. Specifically, the journey was over six months ago (half a year).

For breakfast, I had filtered water (four cups). For lunch, I had a hot dog, cole slaw, potato salad, Diet Dr. Pepper, and 13 barbecue potato chips. For dinner, I had Crystal Light fruit punch mixed with water, as well as breakfast food. The breakfast food included pancakes, bacon, two scrambled eggs and maple syrup. I also had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie. Today, I walked Boomer for 14 minutes.
