Day 203: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, for breakfast, I had low fat cottage cheese.

For dinner, I had barbecue chips, chicken tenders with barbecue sauce and broccoli. For the drink, I had Crystal Light fruit punch mix with water. For dessert, I had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and a brownie. For a snack, I had sunflower seeds and a Bolthouse Farms smoothie. I walked Boomer for 18 minutes during lunch.
