Day 204: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, in the morning, I had a cherry Crystal Light mixed with water.

For dinner, I had barbecue baked beans, cole slaw, fried potatoes, salmon croquettes, and barbecue chips. For the drink, I had a blackberry Canada Dry ginger ale with my meal. Later, I had lemonade.

I walked Boomer for 16 minutes around the neighborhood.
