Day 213: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For lunch, I had two white chocolate macadamia nut cookies, saltine crackers, and barbecue potato chips.

For my Birthday Dinner, I had a meal from Pier 88. I had broiled shrimp, boiled corn, boiled red potatoes. For the drink, I had a cranberry Canada Dry Ginger Ale. For dessert, I had mini sugar cookies, and a banana. Also, I had a Crystal Light Fruit Punch drink mixed with water for a late-night drink. I also had macaroni and cheese, sweet and spicy pickles.

I walked Boomer for 20 minutes.
