Day 214: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today is my birthday. For dinner, I had a banana, green beans, sweet corn, and beef stroganoff with egg noodles. I had a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie and a piece of cheesecake for desserts. For snack, I had sunflower seeds.

I walked Boomer for an hour in my neighborhood. And, I walked alone at my grandparents’ house for 20 minutes.
