Day 216: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had cottage cheese, and a lemonade drink. For lunch, I had Wonton soup, chili, chicken fried rice, a spring roll, sesame chicken, pork egg roll, fortune cookies, and chopped broccoli. For drinks, I had Dr. Pepper and I had green tea with honey. Today, we had bad weather. So, I did Leslie Sansone walking for thirty-two minutes. And, aerobics for 15 minutes.
