Day 218: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a cherry Crystal Light, and chicken fried rice. For dinner, I had a chicken salad with chicken strips, and a yogurt twist on a waffle cone. I also had a Dr. Pepper and a Crystal Light Blackberry Lemonade mixed with water. I walked Boomer for one hour before work. And, I walked Boomer during lunch for 17 minutes.
