Day 229: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a Greek yogurt, water, and sunflower seeds. For dinner, I had meatloaf, Hershey’s miniatures, mini sugar cookies, and mini chocolate cookies. I walked Boomer for 19 minutes.
