Day 233: Coronavirus Weight Loss

For breakfast, I had a banana and a strawberry Greek yogurt. For lunch, I had Goldfish crackers, a breakfast pancakes, and fig newtons. For dinner, I had a small banana, lasagna with meat sauce, garlic bread, Texas toast, Sprite, and a chef salad. I also had a separate salad with ranch dressing. I walked Boomer twice. One walk was one hour and twenty minutes. And, I walked Boomer during lunch for seventeen minutes.
