Day 234: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had water and a banana. For lunch, I had a banana, barbecue chips, sweet and spicy pickles, Crystal Light fruit punch, Italian bread for my ham, turkey, and cheese sandwich. I also had for snacks Goldfish crackers, and a piece of coconut cream pie. Today, I walked one hour and ten minutes with Boomer this morning. And, I walked Boomer during lunch for twenty minutes.
