Day 237: Coronavirus Weight Loss

Today, I ate for breakfast, Greek strawberry yogurt, nonfat Greek yogurt, and drank Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light. For lunch, I had saltine crackers. For dinner, I had a Frito Chili pie, Chicken Breast Tenders, hot dogs, a Kit Kat mini, and a Hershey’s miniature. For snacks, I had creamy peanut butter, and saltine crackers. For exercise, I walked 1 hour with Boomer, and I walked during lunch with Boomer for 24 minutes.
