Day 239: Coronavirus Weight Loss

This morning, I had a small curd cottage cheese (low fat), sunflower seeds, and a Green Goodness smoothie. For dinner, I had Dr. Pepper, cheeseburger from Whataburger, and onion rings. I also had a banana, Reeseā€™s Fun Size bars, a Fun Size Kit Kat Bar, and sweet and spicy pickles. For an after-dinner snack, I drank Cherry Pomegranate Crystal Light. Boomer was a bit tired. So, we walked for five minutes during lunch.
